Anna the soccer star

Anna's soccer team is called "The Rockets" and Anna really likes coach Josh. In fact, she's more interested in giving him high fives than paying attention to where the ball is! We're seeing some improvement in her playing. Now she doesn't cry on the field anymore when the other kids kick the ball away from her. Her last game is on Tuesday and the rockets might end the season with a winning record!

Our adventure at Sesame Place

We had a busy day at Sesame Place! Meg wasn't too sure of all the characters but she enjoyed the Elmo's world show. Anna was chosen to be a dancer for the show and she got to dance with Mr Noodle's nephew, Mr Noodle!.

Anna and her loot

Anna enjoyed sleeping with all of the toys she (and Daddy) won at the boardwalk games!

Hell on wheels

On our second day at the beach, Todd took the girls out to breakfast (donut on the boardwalk) while I slept in. The they burned some calories with a boardwalk bike ride.

Our first day at the beach

It was pretty darn windy the day we arrived in Ocean City. We made the best of it by hanging out on the boardwalk, riding the rides, eating Thrashers frenchfries and ice cream. Meg enjoyed the rides but I had to tickle her to get her to smile for the camera!

Pool Party!

These pictures are from Makenna's second birthday party. It was a Disney princess pool party and a fun time was had by all!

Anna's first day of school!

Anna started school today. She's been really looking forward to this. When I dropped her off, she didn't even have time to give me a kiss before she ran in the classroom! I guess that's a good thing. Tomorrow is her turn for show and tell and she wants to bring in her Dora doll!

My object d'art

After five weeks of cutting, grinding, foiling and soldering (and countless glass splinters along the way) I'm finally finished my first stained glass project! I'm pleased with how it's turned out and I've already started on my second project. I'm hoping to get at least two more pieces done before Christmas, maybe more if Todd's not too busy studying.
