Halloween, Ohio style

The weather was cold and damp but the girls had fun trick or treating anyway. Anna was Stephanie from Lazytown and Meg was a pumpkin. They brought home lots of candy for mom and dad! Meg took a pretty big tumble down our front steps and has a nice little road rash on the left side of her face. We're not sure how she fell but the pumpkin costume must have thrown off her equilibrium!

Anna at the Doodlebops

Todd took Anna to a Doodlebops concert yesterday. We dyed her hair pink so she could be just like Dede! Anna had enjoyed the show and I think Todd did too even though he didn't want to admit it! The Disney marketing machine was in full effect and Anna couldn't leave without $80 worth of Doodlebop merchandise!

After Anna was supposed to be in bed, she came down and asked Todd to come up to her room one more time. Todd was on the phone so she waited patiently on the steps. I guess the wait was a little bit too long for her!

Today was a nice fall day so we decided to go pumpkin shopping. At the pumpkin patch, they had a ring toss game and Todd won two big pumpkins! We bought a bale of hay and decorated our front porch for fall. Then we hung out at the playground. It was a nice relaxing day. Tomorrow, Todd starts school again!
